Some commonly asked questions –
Q – What security arrangements are there?
A – We have CCTV covering inside and the approaches, locked doors and gates, owners living on site, access is only by arrangement with staff.
Q – Can I work on my boat / vehicle whilst in storage?
A – Whilst you cant undertake any major works access is allowed to carry out small maintenance tasks.
Q – How can I access my boat / vehicle?
A – Access is by pre-arrangement and we will meet you to open up. 48 hrs Notice is required. If you just wish to check on it there is a small access do you may use without notice.
Q – Do I have to leave my keys?
A – Yes, we may need to move your vehicle to access others. For boats and trailers we only need the hitch/wheel lock keys. If however you with to leave the outboard stowed in the down position we may need boat keys to raise it if we have to move it.
